We are expanding our in-house E-commerce & Performance Marketing team, and we are looking for a creative mind who is as passionate about performance data as they are about exceptional design. You don't need to be a hunter — but you do need to be driven.

You will own the majority of your creative output for this brand — producing high-performing digital assets that match its premium positioning.

Smart, versatile, and built for the modern hunter. Seeland delivers excellent value without compromising on quality or style. You will provide creative support for Seeland's digital campaigns, ensuring visual consistency across both brands within the Outfit International family.
This is not a support role. You will own and execute creative production across the full performance funnel — from first-touch awareness to conversion. Your work will directly impact traffic, conversion rates, and revenue across international markets.
We are looking for a designer who thinks in funnels, speaks the language of conversion, and brings creative ideas backed by data. You are equally at home in Figma as you are in Meta Business Manager.
You are proficient across the full digital production stack — from creative tools to performance platforms. Experience with these is essential.
