We are expanding our in-house E-commerce & Performance Marketing team, and we are looking for a creative mind who is as passionate about performance data as they are about exceptional design. You don't need to be a hunter — but you do need to be driven.

You will own the majority of your creative output for this brand — producing high-performing digital assets that match its premium positioning.

SEELAND
// SUPPORTING BRAND

Smart, versatile, and built for the modern hunter. Seeland delivers excellent value without compromising on quality or style. You will provide creative support for Seeland's digital campaigns, ensuring visual consistency across both brands within the Outfit International family.

This is not a support role. You will own and execute creative production across the full performance funnel — from first-touch awareness to conversion. Your work will directly impact traffic, conversion rates, and revenue across international markets.

Meta Ads Creative
Develop high-performing creative for acquisition, remarketing, and creative testing campaigns across Meta platforms.

Google Ads & Paid Search
Design conversion-focused visual assets for Google Ads campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and performance optimisation.

Landing Page Design
Design and produce conversion-driven landing pages for both B2C and B2B audiences, working closely with developers.

Email Design & Production
Create engaging email designs for campaigns and automated flows, with a focus on open rates, click-through, and conversion.

Loyalty & CRM Creative
Craft compelling creative assets for customer loyalty initiatives that strengthen brand affinity and repeat purchase behaviour.

Test, Iterate, Optimise
Continuously test and iterate on your creative output, using performance data to inform design decisions and improve results.

We are looking for a designer who thinks in funnels, speaks the language of conversion, and brings creative ideas backed by data. You are equally at home in Figma as you are in Meta Business Manager.

Mid to Senior Experience
You have a proven track record in digital content production, with a portfolio that demonstrates real impact across performance channels.
Performance Marketing Expertise
You understand how design decisions affect CTR, ROAS, and conversion. You have created assets specifically for paid social and search.
Conversion & A/B Testing Mindset
You design with hypotheses. You know how to structure creative tests, read the results, and iterate with purpose.
E-commerce or Growth Background
You have thrived in fast-paced e-commerce or growth environments where speed, quality, and results all matter simultaneously.
Data-Informed Design Approach
You use analytics, heatmaps, and performance data to inform your creative decisions — not just gut instinct.
Collaborative & Cross-Functional
You work seamlessly with performance marketers, e-commerce specialists, and developers, translating briefs into exceptional creative.
